A Variety of Lettuces

We grow a variety of lettuces on a commercial scale inside two converted shipping containers. This hydroponic, vertical farming platform allows for precision control of our growing environment, and yields delicious long-lasting greens.

The efficiencies of our hydroponic system conserve water, minimize power use, and eliminate the need for pesticides and herbicides. Combined with Ketchikan's hydroelectric grid and our hyper-local production, we offer a sustainable solution to many of the issues brought on by our community’s long and difficult supply chain. 

At any given time we are growing 4-6 varieties of lettuce including; butter, oakleaf, sweet crisp, gem, romaine, & frisée. Each one is picked at the peak of freshness and taste. The final product is a beautiful combination of lettuces that we sell as our LETTUCE BLEND.
